In Mexico’s Jalisco state, a day of mayhem by drug traffickers on May 1 included the burning of banks and gasoline stations and the erecting of nearly 40 roadblocks using flaming vehicles. Above, a branch of Banamex in the city of Autlan a day after the attack.
