San Fernando clinched at least a share of the Valley Mission League baserball championship on Monday with a 3-2 win over Kennedy at Kennedy.
Nate Flores threw a complete game with seven strikeouts to improve the Tigers’ record to 11-0, one game ahead of Kennedy going into a Wednesday finale at San Fernando.
Isaac Rodriguez had two hits and Matt Dodd had an RBI. Kennedy was limited to three hits.
