Football: Crespi running back Jalen Starks commits to UCLA

Jalen Starks, a powerful running back at Encino Crespi who figures to be a fullback at the next level, has committed to UCLA, Coach Troy Thomas said.
Starks, 6 feet 1, 240 pounds, with speed and agility, is one of the strongest players in Crespi’s program.
He’s expected to be one of the top players in the Mission League next season.
