Football: Cathedral’s Renard Bell commits to Washington State

Renard Bell, who will be a senior receiver at L.A. Cathedral, has committed to Washington State.
His older brother, Reginald, is a former Dorsey quarterback playing at Eastern Michigan.
The 5-foot-11 Bell is athletic and fast.
