POLICE FILES - July 6, 2007

The following information was obtained from Laguna Beach Police records and Sgt. Jason Kravetz.

MONDAY

Laguna Avenue: At 8:24 a.m. a Ladera Ranch woman was detained on suspicion of public intoxication after she allegedly fell to the ground while attempting to enter her car in the 200 block.

Encinitas Court: At 12:40 p.m. a Laguna Beach man alleged to police that he had been swindled out of $2,800.

Skyline Drive: At 1:34 p.m. a woman reported that her car window was smashed and door damaged in the 1200 block.

Cliff Drive: At 11:11 p.m. a police officer contacted a man who was allegedly sleeping in a car, and then cited the man on suspicion of marijuana possession, in the 600 block.

SUNDAY

Browncroft Road: At 1:12 a.m. a battery on a Laguna Beach woman was reported in the 700 block.

Aliso Beach: At 3:24 a.m. a Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the beach parking lot.

Forest Avenue: At 6:46 a.m. a patrol officer reported that a rear window was shattered and wheel well damaged on a car, totaling a loss of $400 or more, in the 300 block.

SATURDAY

Glenneyre Street: At 1:30 a.m. a San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 400 block.

West Street beach: At 9:25 a.m. someone was apprehended on suspicion of marijuana possession.

FRIDAY

Coast Highway: At 12:31 a.m. a Newport Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 30000 block.

Forest Avenue: At 5:26 a.m. a person was accused of lodging without consent at a church in the 400 block.

Forest Avenue: At 8:17 a.m. a homeless man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct at a church in the 400 block.

Forest Avenue: At 10:29 p.m. a homeless man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing in the 400 block.

THURSDAY

S. Coast Highway: At 1:34 a.m. a Laguna Beach resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 2000 block.

Park Avenue: At 10:11 a.m. a homeless man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and lodging without consent in the 400 block.

N. Coast Highway: At 2:09 p.m. a Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 600 block.

Table Rock beach: At 6:02 p.m. a Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession in the 3000 block.
