Armstrong Garden’s Michael D. Kunce sells Claremont home for $2.55 million

Update: The Claremont home of Armstrong Garden Centers President Michael D. Kunce and his wife, Marianne, has sold for $2.55 million.
The 8,137-square-foot house, with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an office and a three-room guest suite, came on the market in May 2008 at $3 million. The nearly one-acre property includes a 68-foot swimming pool, a wading pool and a spa.
The two-story home was custom built in 2003 after the couple purchased the property that year for $425,000.
Geoff T. Hamill of Prudential Wheeler Steffen Real Estate in Claremont had the listing. Lucy Gao of U.S. First American Real Estate, Fillmore, represented the buyer.
