Actor Jim Belushi has leased out a Brentwood house he owns for $11,500 a month.
Built in 1928, the Mediterranean-style home has four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in about 3,500 square feet. There are arched passages between rooms, hardwood floors, balconies and a rustic door with ironwork. Ivy covers the back of the two-story house. A staircase from the master bedroom leads to the garden below, its swimming pool and its spa.
Belushi, 54, stars in the ABC sitcom “According to Jim” (2001-09), for which he also has been executive producer, director and music composer. The comedian’s voice, film and TV roles include a stint on “Saturday Night Live” from 1983 to ’85.
David Kelmenson of the Radcliffe Group, Sotheby’s International Realty, Pacific Palisades, represented the lessee, according to the Multiple Listing Service, and Elizabeth Halsted of Prudential California Realty, Brentwood, had the listing.
