Linda Evans puts her Beverly Hills Post Office-area home on the market

Actress Linda Evans has listed her house in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for sale at $3,295,000.
The one-story ranch house, built in 1937, sits on a half-acre behind gates and tall hedges. A main house and a detached guest unit/office have a total of four bedrooms, 51/2 bathrooms and 3,900 square feet of living space. The grounds include a circular motor court, mature trees, lawns, a rose garden and a swimming pool.
Evans, whose series ranged from “The Big Valley” (1965-69) and “Dynasty” (1981-89), is selling because she has relocated to Washington.
