Update: The Clippers canceled practice Friday, but the team hopes returning home will help it snap an eight-game losing streak and initiate a rebound from a miserable start. Guard Randy Foye, who had a strained left hamstring, returned to the lineup Thursday, but the Clippers still are without center Chris Kaman (sprained left ankle) and point guard Baron Davis (swollen left knee). New York is led by forward/center Amare Stoudemire, who was averaging 21.6 points per game.
