Where you’ve seen her

Before her turn as Poppy in “Happy-Go-Lucky,” Sally Hawkins appeared in Mike Leigh’s 2002 “All or Nothing” and the 2004 thriller “Layer Cake.” She had small but pivotal parts in 2009’s “An Education” and this fall’s “Never Let Me Go.” She also appeared this year in “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife” and will soon be seen in “Submarine” and “Jane Eyre.”
