Ex-Serb Police General Arrives at U.N. Tribunal

Former top Serbian police general Sreten Lukic arrived at the U.N. tribunal in The Hague to face charges of war crimes in Kosovo province.
It was not clear whether Lukic, 50, had surrendered or had been arrested and put on a plane in Belgrade, the Serbian capital.
Lukic is charged with four counts of crimes against humanity, including murder and deportation, and one of violating the laws or customs of war.
