Paul Fulton, 53, currently executive vice president, will become president of Sara Lee Corp., succeeding John B. McKinnon on July 1. McKinnon, 53, had been planning to leave Sara Lee, based in Chicago, to begin a career in public service. He will continue to direct Sara Lee’s food service business for a time.
