James R. Chislock has been promoted to vice president, finance and administration, for Tracor Flight Systems, and to group controller of the Tracor Flight Systems Group, Santa Ana. He succeeds Jack Mason, who retired. Chislock joined Tracor Flight Systems in 1980 as a financial analyst on electronics programs and had been director of finance and administration before his promotion. Before going to Tracor, he served as an accountant/auditor at the Santa Ana branch office of the Defense Contract Audit Agency of the Department of Defense. Tracor Flight Systems, a subsidiary of Austin-based Tracor Inc., is involved in flight testing, electronic warfare training and testing, and military aircraft modification.
