Comarco, an engineering and computer services firm in Anaheim, said its contract with the Naval Weapons Center in China Lake has been increased by $9.4 million, bringing the total value of the five-year contract to $104.5 million. The increase, which is worth 300,000 labor-hours, ensures that Comarco can continue work through the May 31 expiration of the contract, according to Don Bailey, a Comarco spokesman. Comarco has bid on the Navy’s next multiyear China Lake contract. Bailey said the Navy expects to announce the winner of the next contract in March.
