Karel Samsom, president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer and director of Psychemedics Corp., Santa Monica, has resigned, effective March 1, because of a policy difference with the company’s board of directors. Resignations have also been tendered by Thomas P. Flynn, vice president-marketing, and Charles T. Black, vice president-medical affairs.
Pending the replacement of these officers, Werner Baumgartner, the commercial lab’s chief executive and scientific director, will assume all responsibilities.
