A Japanese Finance Ministry committee approved a report calling for tougher laws against insider trading on Japan’s stock markets, where traders say information about companies frequently is leaked to selected investors . . . The Air Force has ordered seven more McDonnell Douglas Delta II rockets for $161 million, the company reported . . . Total direct foreign investment in Mexico reached $20.93 billion at the end of 1987, the Mexican government reported.
