Drewry Photocolor to Sell Headquarters, Film Lab

Drewry Photocolor said it intends to sell its Burbank headquarters and its largest processing laboratory to Osco Drug of Oak Brook, Ill. for approximately $5.7 million in cash. The deal must be approved by shareholders.
The Burbank-based firm, which develops film for retail clients, will retain three labs, one of which is in Hayward. The other two labs are in Tacoma, Wash. and Denver, Colo.
