Santa Fe Springs Town Center Sold

The 27-acre Town Center, an office and industrial project, at Telegraph Road and Pioneer Avenue, Santa Fe Springs, has been purchased for about $29 million by Town Center Associates, a joint venture of O’Donnell Investment Partners, Irvine, and Aetna Life & Casualty Co.
The seller of the 315,000-square-foot project was Prudential Development Co.
The new owners will invest another $10 million in the development of an additional 128,000 square feet with construction starting in six months.
