Chuck Sebastian has been appointed president of the Aerojet Ordnance Co., with headquarters in Tustin. He succeeds Ed Elko, who retired after 16 years as president. Before his appointment, Sebastian had been executive vice president of Aerojet Ordnance in 1982-85 before becoming executive vice president of Aerojet Solid Propulsion Co., Sacramento. Aerojet Ordnance, an operating company of Aerojet General Corp., La Jolla, produces ordnance and munition systems for the Department of Defense.
