Larry Parrish of the Texas Rangers will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his knee Thursday, but team officials say he should be ready for the start of the season. The club also announced Monday that left-handed reliever Mitch Williams, who has made more appearances during the last two seasons than any other big league pitcher, has signed a two-year contract for $560,000.
