About 6,000 gallons of sewage spilled into the eastern end of Mission Bay on Tuesday morning after a manhole overflowed near La France and Randall streets, a county Department of Health Services spokesman said.
Lyn Wallis said the mouth of the Rose Creek inlet, including the Campland area along Mission Bay, has been posted with warning signs. County health engineers were to begin testing the water today.
