Foodmaker Inc., San Diego, has named three new directors. They are Robert J. Nugent Jr., executive vice president-operations and marketing; Charles W. Duddles, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Christopher Walker, an associate with the firm of Gibbons, Green, van Amerongen. Foodmaker operates and franchises Jack-in-the-Box restaurants in the southwestern United States.
