Wall Blows Over, Traps 18

FRANKLIN, Mass. — Wind toppled a 30-foot-high wall at a condominium complex under construction Monday and 18 workers were trapped under it for about five minutes, authorities said. They said that 10 of the workers were injured, three seriously.
