San Diego Psychiatric Facility Marks Completion

Construction has been completed on the $1.4-million Vista San Diego Center, Vista Hill Foundation’s 30-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescents, on the campus of the San Diego Center for Children, 3003 Armstrong St., Kearny Mesa. David John Terry, San Diego, was designer and Greer Construction Co., San Diego, contractor.
