Following a name change by its parent company, USI Chemical Co.--operator of a chemical plant in Anaheim--has changed its name to Quantum Chemical Corp., USI Division. The Anaheim plant produces denatured ethyl alcohol, which is used in the production of cosmetics, drugs and perfumes. It is owned by New York-based Quantum Chemical Corp., formerly National Distillers and Chemical Corp.
