Former San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein cut short her trip to Hong Kong for “San Francisco Week” because she was exhausted, according to a physician traveling with the city’s delegation. “She traveled too much and is too tired,” said Dr. Sandor G. Burstein. The ex-mayor and her husband, developer Richard Blum, were expected to leave Hong Kong for Hawaii and a rest before returning home early next week, according to Feinstein aide Jim Lazarus.
