James W. Duncanson, Charles Freeburn and Zsolt Jancsik have been promoted to senior vice president at City National Bank. Duncanson joined the bank in 1986 as vice president and manager. Freeburn joined the bank in 1972 in the special loan department. Jancsik has been responsible for management and business development at the bank’s Torrance regional office. J. F. Schulte, chief financial officer, has been promoted to vice chairman at the bank.
