Dick Clark Productions lost $1.2 million in the second quarter ended Dec. 31 as revenue fell 75% to $1.3 million. The Burbank production company, which is controlled by television personality Dick Clark, blamed the loss on lower advertising revenue for its syndicated television programs and a drop in the number of specials sold, compared to the year-earlier quarter.
