Christ College Irvine Loses to Cal Baptist

Berry Deckard scored 24 points to lead Cal Baptist College to a 78-74 victory over Christ College Irvine in a Golden State Athletic Conference men’s basketball game Friday at Cal Baptist.
Cal Baptist led, 77-74, with 8 seconds left. Robert Pallotta missed a three-point shot with six seconds left that would have tied the score for Christ College Irvine (7-16, 0-8).
Pallotta led Christ College Irvine with 19 points and teammate Mike Thompson had 14.
