Five of the 12 child molesting charges against former Presidio day care worker Gary Hambright have been dropped for lack of evidence. The evidence for the five counts “didn’t measure up to the test,” U.S. Atty. Joseph Russoniello said in San Francisco. Hambright, 34, is accused of molesting children in his care between May, 1985, and November, 1986.
