Reagan Picks U.S. Judge

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Bernard A. Friedman of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., to be a federal district judge for the eastern district of Michigan, the White House announced Tuesday. Friedman, 44, a state district judge since 1982, would succeed Robert E.DeMascio.
