American Telephone & Telegraph Co. said monthly prices for its leased residential phones will rise by as much as 95 cents. The price hike is the first in two years and the rates are guaranteed until 1990. The increases will range from 45 cents to 95 cents and will become effective in March, April or May, depending on the billing cycle, AT&T; said.
