David F. Stein, president of Stein--Brief Group of Laguna Niguel, has been named Orange County chairman of volunteer fund raising for the U.S. Olympic Committee. He will be targeting the business sector to reach his county goal of $100,000. A developer in Southern California for more than a decade, Stein, 39, was master planner of the Monarch Beach resort community and co--founder of the Orange County African Relief Fund for famine victims.
