SWIMMING WITH SHARKS:
The new unscripted series “Tanked” is centered on a Las Vegas family business that builds aquariums inside restaurants, casinos and churches, at 9 p.m. on Animal Planet.SERIES
Jurassic CSI: In this new episode Phil Manning uses advanced science, ultrasound and finite element analysis to investigate whether there are bigger dinosaurs out there waiting to be unearthed (5 and 8 p.m. National Geographic).
Flashpoint: Spike (Sergio Di Zio) must leave his dying father’s bedside when the team faces its biggest bomb threat yet. Mark Ellis, the show’s creator and co-executive producer, guest stars as a possible suspect in this new episode (8 p.m. CBS).
Paranormal Challenge: Investigators from Ghost Bros. compete against Paranormal Hot Squad at La Purisima Mission, in Lompoc (9 p.m. Travel).
Strike Back: As Scott and Stonebridge (Sullivan Stapleton, Philip Winchester) search the hotel for a scientist with information about weapons of mass destruction, they discover the terrorists doing the same in this new episode (10 p.m. Cinemax).
Torchwood: Miracle Day: Her efforts to protect her family take Gwen (Eve Myles) on a frightening journey spanning miles and years — decades, in fact — as the history of the Miracle comes to light in this new episode (10 p.m. Starz).

The NFL and L.A.: The new special looks at the prospects for professional football returning to Los Angeles (10:30 p.m. Fox).

Kaboom: This trippy 2010 dramedy directed by Gregg Araki stars Thomas Dekker as a college student of “undeclared” sexual orientation who has a variety of weird dreams and weirder experiences (10 p.m. Showtime).
