I'm finding it harder to deal with the heat. Here are coping strategies I've learned from friends across the country.

Shut yourself inside, and vigilantly defend against encroaching heat.

Still overheated? Cover yourself with a wet towel at all times.

If you must venture outside, shade hop as you walk or attempt outdoor activities only once the sun goes down.

Frozen treats are a necessity, for everyone, everywhere you go.

Splashing in cool water offers relief from both heat and my existential dread of a scorching future. At least temporarily.
